Team leader to the Copenhagen office

As a Team leader you work in the heart of Be Sporty.
You will make a difference every day for our great Trainers. Your mission is to help your team to the create ”The highlight of the week for every child”.
To build the brand of Be Sporty through the Trainers your work will be very important and valuable.
Your priority will be to make sure that all the classes in the region meet the level of quality and standards that Be Sporty stand for.

This is what you will work with:
Recruiting - Finding the talents and stars to your Trainer-team
On boarding  -  Give new Trainers a great start with our on boarding-process
Coaching – Be there for your ”Sportys” with coaching and support

Recruiting
Thousands of candidates apply for job as a Trainer at Be Sporty every year. But only a few of them are selected.
To find the greatest talents to your team will be crucial.
You will host recruiting events and also have digital interviews.

On boarding
You will welcome your ”Sportys” with a thorough on boarding. This is a great opportunity to create a foundation of trust and a great start for the new Trainer.

Coaching
You will inspire and coach for quality. The goal of your work is to build long term relationships and development for every Trainer in your team.
In Be Sportys organization there are several team leaders in different countries. Together you work in the heart of Be Sporty.

About the position
This position is 100% time and you report on weekly basis to our Nordic Manager. You will work at our office in Copenhagen.
